Shipping and Costs

We ship within Germany with DHL Gogreen. All other packages are shipped with FedEx.

The delivery time within Germany is 2-3 business days.
The delivery time within Europe and to Switzerland is 2-4 business days.
The delivery time for shipping to so-called third countries is 4-6 business days.

In general:
Longer transit times are possible from time to time, it is not possible for us to influence the transit time once the package has been handed over to DHL or FedEx.

Shipping costs within Germany:
Delivery within Germany is free of charge.

Delivery conditions for packages up to 3kg
The deliveries to the EU countries supplied by us Austria, Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, France, Denmark will be charged a shipping fee of € 6,00
The deliveries to the EU countries supplied by us Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic will be charged a shipping fee of € 10.50.
The delivery to the EU countries supplied by us Bulgaria, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Hungary, as well as to the so-called third countries Switzerland, Liechtenstein and Norway will be charged a shipping cost of € 12.50. For delivery to the third countries we supply Australia, USA, Canada, India, Israel, Kuwait in the United Arab Emirates will be charged € 60.

Customs clearance, customs clearance costs to so-called third countries:

We take over these costs against a shipping fee which is calculated independently of the shipping costs on the value of goods. This amounts to:

Switzerland and Liechtenstein 8%
Australia, USA, India, Kuwait, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Great Britain and Norway 25%.

By purchasing, you agree that in the event of a return, you will not be reimbursed for customs clearance charges.

Value Added Tax:
Customers from Switzerland and so-called third countries do not have to pay German VAT. Customers from the EU are also exempt from VAT as long as they can show a valid sales tax identification number (VAT ID).

Returns
We charge 2 Euro for returns.


Returns from Germany, Austria and BeNeLux countries
Customers from the above countries can print out a return label via our returns portal.

Returns from Switzerland
Please send by post, with postage paid to: Ragman Textilhandel GmbH - Postlagernd - 5322 Koblenz, CH-Switzerland

Please understand that we can only accept returns and complaints for items purchased from the RAGMAN online store. If you wish to return items purchased elsewhere, please contact the store where you purchased these items directly.

Delivery:
Delivery by DHL and FedEx is made Monday through Saturday, inclusive. If you wish, DHL can also send your package to a Packstation. Please simply enter "Packstation" and your Packstation number in the "Street" field when ordering. Should the parcel service not be able to deliver the parcel to you (here, too, a personal delivery with signature must be made), the parcel will be held ready for you to pick up at the nearest post office for seven working days.

Deliveries to a Packstation:
Delivery to a Packstation is possible without further formalities. Please simply enter "Packstation" and your Packstation number in the "Street" field when ordering.
Do not forget to give us your personal postal number.

Replacement address and vacation storage:
We are flexible. If you wish, you can give us a substitute address as the delivery address to which we should deliver the shipment. And vacation storage is no problem either, because your satisfaction is important to us.

Shipment information system / email dispatch & shipment tracking:
With one mouse click, you always know where your shipment is. DHL records your package at every handling point. So you can always conveniently track online how far your package has come.

Undeliverable?
If the parcel service cannot deliver the parcel to you (here, too, a personal handover with signature must take place), the parcel will be held for you at the nearest post office for nine working days for collection.
As a general rule:
Items with an incorrect address are considered undeliverable if the correct address cannot be determined with reasonable effort, and items whose acceptance is refused.
In this case, the company Ragman Textilhandel GmbH reserves the right to retain an expense allowance in the amount of € 15.

Investigation
If you have not received your package within six days, please contact our customer service, e.g. via the service number +49 7741 68 69 730, we will then arrange an investigation for you.

Delivery abroad:
Currently we ship goods exclusively to delivery addresses within Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), Portugal (except Azores and Madeira) , Ireland (except Northern Ireland and overseas territories), Italy (except Livigno, Vatican City, San Marino), Netherlands (except non-European territories), Luxembourg, Finland (except Äland Islands), Slovenia, Slovakia, Estonia, Latvia, France (except overseas territories and departments) Hungary, Belgium, Romania, Poland, Malta, Greece, Czech Republic and Croatia.
